In an Execution Project we present all the technical, economic and constructive characteristics that will allow the construction to be carried out correctly according to your needs.
We are in constant contact with you, to guarantee a correct execution of the work and your full satisfaction.
Basic Architectural Project
Are you planning any new construction? Don’t worry, we take care of the preparation of a Descriptive Report where we include the general technical and constructive characteristics of the work, as well as a Justifying Report of the specific solutions for your case.
We draw up the general plans to scale and dimensioned, as well as the plans, elevations and sections so that you can assess the final result of the project.
Together with these reports, we provide you with a quotation for your own assessment, with the measurement of each construction unit and its corresponding valuation.
Site Management
Throughout the execution of an architectural project, we are in coordination with the entire technical-facultative team of the work, to ensure its correct completion.
We take care of the economic, technical and aesthetic interpretation of the project, and that the necessary measures are correctly carried out to complete the development of the Execution Project.
We also take care of any adaptations, additional details and modifications that may be required.
Reception of the building
Once the Project has been executed, it is time to enjoy its construction. We take care of handing over to the client his finished project with his requirements and in perfect conditions of use after the completion of the works and the bureaucratic procedures that it entails.
